Welcome back! I have a lot of info to share! Well first things first we have Halloween coming up! And also we have the pumpkin run too! Sadly we don't get a Halloween party this year because it will be a short day. It's still a mystery, What will Mrs. Anderson be for Halloween? Moving on, we are running low on quilt squares so please feel free to donate some to our classroom. We are working hard to get our quilt squares! Today we did a NWEA test and we got to eat lollipops so we can focus. Mrs. Anderson's birthday is coming up soon, It's November 1! By the way if you didn't know already she LOVES mtn dew. Goodbye! -Sohpia Navis and Tatum Dunnning

Dear Room 14,
Today it was Columbus Day. We read a short paragraph about it. We also watched a live shark cam. It was very cool. We read a short book about grey wolfs and red foxes. Then we watched our friday oral sharers present. We had a lot of fun. Our field trip is coming up soon! Its October 19! - Tatum Dunning and Sophia Navas Happy October! We don't have school tomorrow. So we have a three day weekend! YAY! Have fun with the extra time! We did the Scholastic new's artical called "Koala Care". We also filled out some papers to go with the news paper. Moving on, Mrs. Anderson showed us a painting that she painted with Mrs. LeFevre another third grade teacher. It was very pretty! We did centers today too! In one center we observer our apples and filled out a 4s multiplication booklet. Now because it's almost halloween, i've got a halloween joke and for some reason a Xmas joke from Connor Ryan. First the halloween joke: What's the witch's favorite subject? Spelling! Next joke! How do police say merry chrismas? Police Nadi Dad! - Tatum Dunning
Dear Room 14,
Today we learned if we could outrun the Ceelophisys, a type of dinosaur. We measured if we were how many inches higher or lower. We also learned that Celophisy's stride length is 67 in. The project was a lot of fun. We also took school photos. It went from 8:20-8:40. We had a lot of fun today. By Sophia Navas. |
